20XX年5月31日由谢总和集团人力、行政、总部客户部各位同事交流“做好公司职能工作的几个要素”。此次交流共39位同事参加，其中谢总朴实而深刻的话语使大家感悟颇深，今天的交流主要由于行政部、客户部及人力资源有很多共性的东西：跟人打交道、服务型、监管性等，共分为八个要点：
